About the event
Celebrate Farouk’s Bourgogne Birthday Dinner at Wildest on Monday, April 27th with a five-course menu inspired by the elegance of Burgundy. The evening begins with 2023 Bourgogne Aligoté and golden cheese puffs topped with caviar, followed by Hokkaido scallop crudo, pan seared turbot with mushroom risotto and beurre blanc, and seared duck breast with parsnip purée, seasonal vegetables, and orange date aigre-doux. Dessert features a surprise selection from our representatives alongside St. André triple cream brie with bitter dark chocolate and orange.
$180 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity.
