Chef Trilby's New Year's Eve prix fixe, $95 per guest: wild mushroom soup and Wild Rocket salad; filet mignon, a pair of pan-seared quail, crispy skin market fish, or a plant-based wild mushroom risotto; butter cake or triple chocolate mousse cake. Add Tsar Nicoulai caviar or a cold-water lobster tail. Tax and gratuity not included.
