About the event
At Wildest, owner Charissa Farley-Hay, chef Trilby Tatro, and manager-sommelier Farouk Chaabi collaborate to create evenings that are truly special. They build menus around inspiration and execution, not formulas. Seating is intentionally limited to preserve precision and the guest experience.
Farouk personally curates wine pairings from discoveries made during his summer travels through Europe. He chooses bottles rarely found outside of their cellar to elevate each course rather than simply accompany it.
This is a carefully orchestrated evening where cuisine and wine receive the time, attention, and respect they deserve.
Five Courses – $195 per person (includes tax, tip, and wine)
Five Courses + Venison Upgrade – $215 per person (includes tax, tip, and wine)
