Join us for an intimate and highly curated Champagne & Still Wine Dinner that explores the full expression of the Champagne region—from its iconic sparkling wines to its rare and remarkable still wines (Côteaux Champenois). While Champagne is celebrated worldwide for its bubbles, few guests ever experience the still Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines grown on the same

historic chalk and limestone soils. Produced in extremely limited quantities and often reserved for France’s finest tables, these wines reveal Champagne’s quieter, more Burgundian side—elegant, mineral-driven, and profoundly food-focused.

This five-course experience moves deliberately beyond effervescence, pairing celebrated Champagnes with rare still whites and reds from the region, culminating in a red “vertical moment” that highlights Champagne’s surprising depth and versatility at the table.
