A wine dinner from two of California's most quietly remarkable regions — the Russian River and Anderson Valley. Five courses from Chef Trilby Tatro paired with six pours selected by Sommelier Farouk Chaabi. The centerpiece of the evening: a side-by-side pour featuring Domaine Della's 2023 Russian River Pinot Noir, crafted by David Hejl, former CEO of Kosta Browne, alongside Domaine Anderson's 2018 "Estate Grown" Pinot from Anderson Valley. A rare, head-to-head tasting from two of the most respected names in California Pinot.
