WHAT’S THE “WILDEST RESET?”

Don’t make a new year’s resolution……make a new year’s intention! Although it has been a long year, it is time to re-connect with what makes you happy. Get ready to shed off the old year with a new vision! It is time to set goals, break bad habits, gain new insight, and focus on what truly makes you smile.

Five days of prepared lunch and dinners, with a complete supplemental program for breakfast and snacks designed to increase nutrition decrease inflammation, eliminate potential allergens, detox, increase physical movement, improve sleep, and reset! Optional daily yoga on the Wildest outside patio, a goody bag for the first 10 participants, as well as a $50.00 gift certificate toward a detox rejuvenating facial with oxygen therapy.

Wednesday, 1/27 12:00-2:00 1st Lunch


Thursday, 1/28- Sunday 1/31 4:00 – 7:30 Dinner & Lunch for the following day


Breakfast and Snacks to enjoy on your own from provided program. To get the maximum benefit of these five days strive to limit caffeine to 1 cup per day, avoid processed foods, alcohol, meat, salt, sugar, soy, nightshades.


GOODIES

Those that sign up by noon on the 15th will receive a gift bag including a dry brush, a tongue scraper, a Natural Calm Magnesium Supplement, and Senna capsules.

Apple Butternut Squash Bisque & Salad

Roasted butternut squash with apples, carrots, toasted spiced pumpkin seeds

DINNER

Thai Quinoa Salad

Thai-quinoa mix, broccoli, shaved savoy cabbage, julienned peppers, red cabbage, cucumbers, and white miso vinaigrette (optional shrimp, salmon or chicken included)

Mushroom Medley or Beef Bone Broth & Salad

DINNER

Chilled Buddha Bowl with Avocado (optional shrimp, salmon or chicken included)

Mixed baby greens, marinated cherry tomatoes, red cabbage, cucumber, quinoa, sweet potato, golden dragon dressing


FRIDAY

LUNCH

Mexican Style Albondigas & Salad

Spiced plant-based meatballs with rice, tomatoes, guajillo peppers, potatoes, carrots, and squash

DINNER

Chile Relleno stuffed with carnitas style jackfruit, vegan cheese, guajillo enchilada sauce, sour cream, black beans, red onion, micro cilantro


SATURDAY

Mushroom Tonic & Salad

Five different mushrooms medley with spinach, mushroom & vegetable broth.

DINNER

Grilled Pasturebird Chicken with parsnip-potato puree, carrots, spinach, asparagus, beets, cold pressed blood orange apple sauce

or

Roasted Cauliflower steaks with black rice, red onion, crispy chickpeas & parsnip, Moroccan curry sauce, microgreens


SUNDAY

LUNCH

Ahi Tuna Tartare with avocado, mango papaya salad, sweet chili lime emulsion, furikake seasoning, micro cilantro

Pan Seared Scallops with asparagus, spinach, watercress
