MENU:

Reception Champagne A sparkling introduction to Farouk’s Rhône-inspired journey — bright, textural, and celebratory. Champagne Moutard “Grande Cuvée” Brut, NV - It offers aromas of butter, almond, and brioche with notes of black cherry and candied grapefruit zest — lively, elegant, and perfectly suited to begin the evening.


FIRST COURSE:

California Uni Linguini Hand-

rolled linguini in a delicate butter emulsion with fresh sea urchin, lemon, and Parmesan snow — a silky, oceanic opening course.
